Dr. Weinblatt has an extensive background as a
Public
Services College Dean,
police chief, police academy
director, and criminal justice professor. His service has
ranged from Auxiliary Lieutenant in New Jersey to Patrol
Division Deputy Sheriff in New Mexico to Police Chief in
North Carolina.

Additionally, Dr. Weinblatt has been a criminal justice and
police academy educator in Florida, New Mexico, North
Carolina, and Ohio.  He has instructor certifications for
pepper spray, firearms, defensive tactics, vehicle
operations, and Taser, among others. He is the author of
several books.

Dr. Weinblatt has been interviewed by national and local
media including CBS Evening News, CNN, MSNBC, HLN
Headline News, and The Washington Post. He has earned
multiple degrees up to the Doctoral level.
